Transaction Processing & Speed
Transfer speed depends on the recipient’s country and payout method:
Real-time: Most transactions (wallet and bank payouts) are processed instantly.
Next business day (T+1): Some bank payouts (e.g., USD to Vietnam) may take an extra business day.
You can track your transfer in real-time via the PayX app or website under the “Transaction History” section.
Once a transaction is processed, it cannot be canceled. However, if the transfer is still pending, please contact PayX Support to check if modifications are possible.
Fees & Pricing
PayX offers transparent, low-cost pricing with percentage-based fees capped at a maximum amount per country. Fees vary based on the recipient’s location and payout method. You can check the exact fee before confirming a transfer in the PayX app—no hidden charges, ever.

Each country has a maximum fee cap, meaning you won’t pay beyond a certain limit even for large transactions. This keeps costs predictable and competitive.
